Earlier in 2021, we engaged EA Renovations Inc. to complete the construction of our unfinished basement into a new Legal Suite to comply with City of Maple Ridge Building Bylaws.
Bids submitted by 3 Contractors were within 1% and we awarded the work to EA Renovations and delighted we did so.
All work was completed to the highest standards and passed inspections by City Inspectors. We did add some extras and the additional costs were fair and legitimate.
The work was completed on time and we are delighted with the finished project.
