Polished Place on Parkway Boulevard

One for the books -  Parkway Boulevard 

EA's Parkway Boulevard project was one for the books. Our clients wanted a modern renovation without losing the home's character, so we chose a light colour palette while keeping some original tones. We started in the living room and worked our way to the kitchen and finally to the basement.

We opened the space with an open-concept layout and clean wood floors throughout the home. The new flooring made the home flow nicely from one room to the next. We added a similar wood to the kitchen furniture and stairs to elevate the simple notion of the EA renovation plan.
