When our client told us their goals and design ideas for this truly one-in-a-kind home, we were beyond excited to begin. A record-setting first for The EA Team, this was our first time renovating a brand new home. Our client wanted something more than a simple renovation, it required the best of everything, and we delivered.
Our approach to this beautiful home located in Maple Ridge was inspired by luxury, simplicity and functional living. Having clarity in mind, we renovated this home to be clean and fuss-free, using neutral tones and effortless patterns. We made this home visually more spacious by emphasizing open floors and bringing in natural light. Every single aspect of this home is carefully curated from the placement of each light, the combinations of textural elements, the built-in features and the contrasting elements between light and dark, natural and handmade.
This home was built to make you feel the “wow” from the moment you walk through the door. All the luxury details envisioned by our client have been incorporated into this home. On the main level of this luxury home is the oversized chef’s kitchen complete with Miele appliances, an outstanding island to dining combination and two sinks. The living room features decadent built-ins, stunning vaulted ceilings and exceptional natural light through the massive windows.
