A Breathtaking Modern Renovation
EA Renovations got to do a complete home renovation on this lovely home on Eden Street, Coquitlam. We are delighted with the luxurious result and glad we could bring our client’s vision to life.
We made openness and brightness a priority with the layout and design of the home. Our clients asked for lots of open space to make the home feel larger; this meant knocking down unnecessary internal walls and putting in minimal kitchen and living room furniture. The clean white wall colours were chosen to help natural light reflect and bring in an abundance of brightness.
We kept the colour pallet simple, with whites and creams throughout the main parts of this home. In the bedrooms, we added individual personality through colour, whether it be a minimalistic neutral or a fun complementary shade. These specific colours chosen were chosen to balance the neutral colours of the rest of the home.
